    1. As an HR i need to align and understand the business.
    2. I must be able to link internal initiative awareness with the external landscape with the sole interest of generating profits.
    3. As an HR i must also be able to draw a sound conclusion from the information that i gather and thats where knowledge based comes in, then be a able to put the knowledge into appropriate use (Application) and finally effectively execute the plan to drive results for the organization.
    4. In Talent sourcing one needs to consider the time and cost of learning a new skills as well as talent management, improving the employee management or hiring readily expertises with the needed skilss when and how.
    5. Ready for succession planning, as an HR the succession decision should be based on data, previous management skills, experiences garner not on familiarity.
